Project Name: Construction of Factory Building for Packaging Industry – Area 28, Lilongwe

Scope of Work: This project consisted of constructing a warehouse which facilitates a factory for packaging industry. The construction included foundations for the machine, ramps, loading bay and underground electric cabling for the machine. Other structures in this project includes guard house, boundary wall with security electric fence and razor wire, 2 level office building and a worker quarter with cafeteria. The external work included reinforced concrete road, pavement walkways and landscaping.
