PARAMOUNT HOLDINGS LIMITED  was incorporated as a limited liability company in December 2009, under Companies act of 1984, by the registrar of companies in the Republic of Malawi.

We specialize in all forms of contracting and construction management of projects, trading and hiring of diverse range of construction plant and equipment, supply and installation of different products and services for various industries, including medical and health equipment, Information technology and Agricultural Implements.

With a wide range of business opportunities, our core business is construction ranging from industrial, residential, irrigation and institutional and commercial infrastructure. Since its commencement, the company has strengthened its capacity and stretched its wings to enable us to undertake and complete numerous projects simultaneously.

The company is legally registered with following authorities: Malawi Investment Promotion Agency (MIPA) National Construction Industry Council (NCIC) as a Civil Engineering and Building Contractor in the category of Unlimited and as Electrical Contractor in the category of K500M. Furthermore, the company is also registered with Malawi Energy Regulatory Authority (MERA) in Class B Category.  

In a short period of time, the company has managed to successfully complete projects in Construction Division (Water Irrigation, Warehouses, Residential Buildings, Universities), Medical Division (Medical Equipment Laboratory Chemicals & Equipment, Ambulances) and Distribution Division (Agro – Processing Machinery, Fertilizer, Seeds, Treadle Pumps, Generators, School & Office Furniture, MV & HV Line Materials, ICT Equipment).
