Scope of Work: Construction of a modern 3 level building to facilitate purposes such as classrooms, science and ICT labs and etc. The building spans over the area of 3500 m² and the structure include a ramp connected all the 3 level for the people with determination and staircase until the terrace.The internal finishes included porcelain tiles for floors, ceramic wall tiles, aluminum windows and soundproof suspended ceiling. Other internal finished include 600 x 600 LED lights, glass cladding, steel roof and fire alarm system with firefighting equipment. The building is equipped with accessories such as telephone system, computer connection system, ESCOM connection with main distribution board, sub electrical board. Finally, the parking, driving and walkway are paved using paver blocks.
