Project Name: Construction works – Chancellor college
Organization: Chancellor College Zomba
Scope of Work: This project consists of one main double level building spanning over 2400 m². The structure has RCC framework and a ramp connected both levels. The building is constructed to facilitate various offices, classes and labs. The building is finished using porcelain tiles on the floor, soundproof suspended ceiling, 600 x 600 LED lights and aluminum windows. Other accessories in building consists of glass cladding, bugler proof, MS railing, ESCOM connections with main distribution board, lightening work and fire alarm system with firefighting equipment.
