Paramount Holdings Limited Started Automobiles Section in 2021, was incorporated as a limited liability company in December 2009, under Companies act of 1984, by the registrar of companies in the Republic of Malawi.

Paramount Holdings Limited is a corporate company, professionally managed and operating out of group owned premises situated in Lilongwe. We are authorized Importer / Seller for Yamaha products throughout Country. The Paramount Holdings Limited has been in operation for over 11 years and has established a comprehensive representation across Malawi

Our Automobile Showroom is situated in Century City Mall complex, Opposite Kamuzu Central Hospital in Lilongwe City and another showroom situated in Clock tower mall Opposite Mwaiwathu Hospital in Blantyre city while the Workshop is right at the heart of the Industrial Area 28 at Kanengo, behind Safintra, where we also operate a Yamaha Bonded Warehouse facility. The advantage of having a bonded warehouse is the ability to sell tax-free bikes.

In addition, we have a separate fully equipped workshop at Kanengo, which is staffed by specialized Motorcycles personnel for Yamaha products. We continue to focus our efforts on customer satisfaction through intensive and ongoing internal and external training programs.

New Motorcycles After Sales Customer Response:

We carry out our own in house customer response follow up process whereby our sales staff contact each customer by either e-mail or telephone, who have recently taken delivery of a new Motorbike or product from us, to ascertain the level of customer satisfaction and service received.All the responses are summarized and are sent to senior management for review and corrective follow up action where necessary.

Spare Parts Stocking:

We utilize the leading Japanese & South African motorcycles dealership software package, Automate, which provides us with the necessary on line tools to closely control all facets of our business, not least of which is to ensure a more than adequate parts stocking facility to meet the service levels expected by our customers.A comprehensive parts back up is maintained. Fast moving spares stock are maintained on a weekly basis with delivery of non-stocked spare parts ranging from one to three weeks from date of order (depending on whether parts are ordered from South Africa or Japan).

Workshop:

Our workshops are fully equipped with the special tooling necessary for the products we market. We are continually updating our technical diagnostic equipment for all our Motorcycles. It is with the foregoing in mind that we have made substantial investments in re-tooling and re-equipping all our workshops in Lilongwe.

Bonded Warehouse:

We have our own bonded warehouse in Lilongwe where we can store imported merchandise without paying duty until the goods are withdrawn for consumption within 1 year of importation.With custom bonded warehouse, we can secure time of buyer and also provide duty free motorcycles.
